Every job comes with a stack of benefits documents nobody reads cover to cover: a Summary Plan Description, an open-enrollment PDF, a paystub full of deduction codes. Somewhere in that stack is real money — a 401(k) match you're under-contributing to, an HSA seed you never enrolled to receive, an ESPP discount you're sitting out of, a stipend that quietly expired last December.
We built Marmot to read that stack for you and put a real number on it — computed from your own accounts and your own documents, not a population average dressed up as personal.
What's coming
This blog is a placeholder for now. As we get closer to launch we'll be writing about how the audit works, what we found auditing real plans during testing, and the honest edge cases — what happens when your plan has almost nothing to find, what we do when a document is missing, why we delete your paystub as soon as we're done with it.
